Insight – Reports

Insight is the Elite-ID Premium reporting system for enhanced staff compliance monitoring. If public liability and contract compliance are concerns – these reports are designed to give meaningful information for management, as well as for staff on site.

Insight operates outside of WebEye using a separate and dedicated server, collecting data from WebEye via the API system.

We have invested heavily in creating a new range of reports delivered via scheduled email.

Here are our current – and rapidly expanding range of reports;

• Portfolio Summary; Many centres. Daily. Ideal for quick review of many centres. Many centres for the previous day, showing compliance percents and logger statistics.
• Portfolio Detail; Many centres, Daily. More information than in Summary mode, includes a list of worst locations.
• Time On Site; One centre, once a week. Ideal for monitoring single staff member split shift sites.
• Weekly Compliance; One centre. Weekly. Ideal for in depth investigation of staff compliance. Showing compliance for each location for the week, and also compares previous 2 weeks.
• Weekly Summary;  Many centres. Weekly. Ideal for area and state mangers to gain a quick compliance overview of many centres. Shows daily summaries for each centre, then previous 2 weeks averages.

Note. We use the Elite-ID proprietary Compliance Percent metrics that are the best means to measure performance. This is a critical feature for public liability and slip and trip risk management. Some of our reports also provide information designed to highlight areas for improvement – such as gaps in attendances, entrance checks, late start and early finish issues.
