Network Initialization Failure

Network Initialization Failure

This is an EliteReporter error message. It is triggered when Windows fails to return a User Name when EliteReporter requests it. This usually happens when data is imported into EiteReporter. Basically, EliteReporter asks Windows “Who Is Using This Computer” and Windows can’t answer, so the “Network Initialization Failure” message happens.

The only solution to  this problem is to log into Windows properly. Some Windows installs don’t require a user name and password. This will cause the error.

If Windows does not require a username and password, it will be necessary to create a username and password.
