AtSite Login Problem Solving

Access Denied

Your username, client ID or password is not correct.

You must enter them perfectly. Make sure there are no space characters, particularly at the end of each line. Make sure upper and lower case are perfect.

If you cannot get it right, call Elite-ID. We’ll try on our phone and if necessary reset your password.

Error 403 Maximum Concurrent Session

This happens when WebEye the cloud portal thinks you are already logged in. But you aren’t.

It can happen because of poor internet, having too many centres assigned to your login or someone else is already logged into your login.

The solution is to log out of any other devices using your login.

Alternatively call Elite-ID, we can clear this error in the cloud.

Unknown Failure Get Session

This happens when the link between AtSite and WebEye the cloud portal was broken. Alternatively, there was some problem with the internet such as being super slow, or not a secure link.

The solution is to check your internet. Is it working well? If using WiFi, does the connection need you to login first (this is a common cause)?

Try hot spotting your phone to AtSite. Does that help (if it does, the WiFi or internet you had been using is the caue).

Unknown Centre Error

If AtSite get internally confused, you may get an error message saying the “Get Centre” failed, or similar.

The solution is to exit AtSite fully. Close the App totally. Then start the App and try logging in again.
